I was never a big fan of plaid, but when I came across Gingham I fell in love immediately. Gingham is my go to for flannel style button ups. I have this extremely soft one from J.Crew that I wear every winter.

These shorts are insanely comfortable and soft! I love how they go with everything - they're perfect for mixing prints! I've worn stripes with these shorts and the contrast was perfect! You can easily dress these shorts up or keep them casual for a lunch date like I did with mine.
