Being home from college is more challenging for me to create content becuase I don't have my usual photographer with me (shoutout to my extremely supportive boyfriend!!). I also do not wear as many cute outfits or do my makeup as much as I do at school. So creating posts is more challenging for me even though I have more time to create content.
A major change coming home from college is my daily schedule. I do not have to wake up at 7:00AM anymore because not only am I not in swim season anymore, but my work shifts are night shifts. I never thought this affected my motivation as much as it does. I honestly feel like laying around if I wake up past 9:00AM (maybe even as early as 8:00AM). If I sleep in past 10:00AM I rarely wake up in a good mood.
My motivation to stay healthy has also taken a huge hit. I find myself struggling to stay motivated to go to the pool to swim and to make healthy choices for my meals. I have had that cheese pizza twice in the past two weeks. I always say "oh I deserve to treat myself" waaaaaaaayy too often. Cheat day? More like healthy day in my books. I get what articles mean by if you eat junk food you begin to feel like junk.
I'm now putting over 100% effort into everything I do. I can't stand being in this funk anymore so I will see y'all for a beauty post on Wednesday!
