Hi y'all! Working out during the summer is honestly the biggest challenge for me only because I absolutely dislike the heat. I'm naturally a really warm person so when I workout during the summer it feels like I'm working out in a sauna.
I have always been someone who enjoys working out. My favorite form of cardio is actually swimming! When I swim I don't feel myself sweating which makes working out 100x better in my opinion. I'm more worried about finding time to breathe rather than feeling gross. My favorite brand for suits is Jolyn!
When I'm out of season I tend not to swim as much especially depending on my plans. This summer I haven't really had access to a pool so I haven't been swimming as much. Instead I've been running. Before I started swimming in college I would run. I've acquired quite a few pieces from Nike for running especially during the summer when it's super humid outside.
While I am abroad studying London I do not plan on signing up for a pool membership since I know I'll be super busy. I do plan on running abroad! Honestly, running in the fall is my favorite time to run. I hope to run 3-4 times a week, running a minimum of 2-3 miles. I have to be careful when I run because I have a lot of ankle and knee problems so that's why I don't plan on running insane distances like 5+ miles.
I currently use Nike running shoes, but I just ordered a pair of Adidas sneakers so I'm interested to see how I'll like these! I have always been a die hard Nike lover, but I figured since the UK wears Adidas more I would try out some of Adidas work out clothes.
